Will the Images that I purchase come in Tiles?

Yes, your PosterStix graphic will be sent to you in "Easy to Apply" tiles. The tiling product and process is unique to the market. The product is printed and cut to insure that the material overlaps perfectly every time. Stand back just a few feet away and you won't see any seams. This tiling process makes this PosterStix to be a cost efficient, quality wall decor product for consumers around the world. The letter-size tiles makes shipping economical, both domestically and International. This is a patent pending product.

 

Is this Printed on Clear or white Material?

PosterStix graphic is always printed on white material. If you require images that are contour cut where the wall shows through, you can use scissors. The material cuts nicely with scissors and then just strip the backing paper and apply the tiles like normal. All the PosterStix graphics come straight cut with the perfect overlaps.

 

Can I use this Outside?

PosterStix graphic is an indoor product. However, you may use it for a promotional weekend outside. Any long periods of direct sun or rain will damage the integrity of the product. It is best that you use it indoors applications.

 

What are the PosterStix Posters Made Of?

PosterStix material is not a shiny decal, it is matte fabric and is a great presentation on the wall. It is a synthetic paper that has proprietary top coating ink receptors. The adhesive has microsphere technology that adheres to virtually any substrate.  PosterStix is repositionable, reusable and reappliable. It is not a vinyl decal, as it is a synthetic fabric formulated for ease of application and stackability. It has an elegant matte finish and has no light bounce on the walls.

What is a PosterStix Graphic?

PosterStix graphic is a term for an image that has been created with our FREE tiling software. You choose an image and drag it into the software and order your tiled image. It is a great way to design and make any of the three sized graphics that are offered.

 

How Big do the Files Need to Be?

You will have to find certain size files in your personal photos or in the searching of your desired Internet photos. Look for these minimum sizes for the desired sizes. The higher the megapixel count, the better the print output. Always secure the highest pixel count as possible. Here is the listing that will help in your search. The software will add data to make your image look great.

8.5 x 11   1 megapixel

24 x 32    5 megapixel

These size files are for great resolution. You really don’t need a gigantic file to make a great looking PosterStix image. Understand that the image will be viewed on a wall usually from 4-5 feet away, and lower resolutions are very forgiving. We will take a look at your resolution you have provided and make it look great.

 

Are the Gallery pics high resolution?

Yes, our Gallery files along with text and clipart are high resolution.

 

How do I Apply the PosterStix Graphic?

PosterStix graphics are easy to apply to any substrate. You can apply with a soft cloth or even your hand once you get the backing off. Tack up the sheet and start with pressure in the middle and work the material pushing the air out to the edges. Make sure all the edges are reapplied.

 

What if I Want to Move My Image After Applied?

After the graphic is applied it becomes one piece, it can be removed and reapplied into a more desired position if needed. It comes off easily.

 

What if it Doesn’t Stick Right?

PosterStix is designed to adhere to clean and dry substrates. Make sure the area is washed with a mild soap and dried before application toi insure that there is no oil or dust. If it does not stick, re-clean and try to apply again. It will stick to virtually any substrate.

 

Will it Damage the Walls?

PosterStix graphics are perfectly safe for walls. The special low-tack adhesive does not leave any residue and will not pull paint that is primed properly. If you don’t believe it, try a small piece of the graphic and see for yourself.

 

How do I Find Out What Shipping Charges Are?

Shipping is always free for all orders shipped in the USA USPS First Class ground 7-10 days. You always have the options on shipping charges to expedite your deliveries in the shopping cart. We will ship USPS and UPS and have additional fees for quicker deliveries.

 

How Long will it take to Get My Order?

PosterStix printed orders will be shipped usually within 2-3 business days and ready to ship. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not business days. FREE shipments will take 10-14 days. You also can tell us how you want it shipped to expedite the delivery, if needed.

 

Do PosterStix Images Ship to P.O. Boxes?

We are also able to ship to P.O.boxes at this time.

 

How do I Cancel an Order?

It is important to understand that since the order is processed almost immediately, this custom work will be difficult to cancel an order. However, you can send an email by sending through "contact us" or call immediately and leave a message.
